Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. The free coffee would definitely be in my list of pros for Cyprexx as well! I am sorry to read that after such a long period with Cyprexx that you did not have a good experience overall. I will disagree with your statement that we have zero interest in our employee’s opinions. We routinely engage in good dialog with our employees through our open door policy. Glassdoor is just one more way for us to continue the conversation with our current and even former employees. It is true that we have recently partnered with Glassdoor and with that we have asked our employees to come to the site and to give an honest and unbiased review of our company, which explains the trend towards the positive reviews. No incentives were offered as these reviews are anonymous, and we are pleased (but not surprised) to see how many of our employees genuinely enjoy working here.
