Everything. It's a business in an industry built around stockpiling cash from clients. This stockpile pays off those clients in the event of a breach or downtime. This is called "Cybersecurity Insurance" and it's a scam. This company is nothing more than a bunch of inexperienced Security Analysts watching a SIEM all day long. This SIEM tells them about concerns within environments they "watch". However, the analysts themselves posses no actual system/engineering knowledge on how to go about fixing customer issues.
