good place to work - CSS III D.F. Young Employee Review

I have worked with various teams at DF Young for several years and their culture is unmatched. Leadership truly cares about every employee, and there is real cohesion among the teams. I love meeting with everyone there; doing projects for the company is a joy.

I cannot think of any, from my perspective.

This is a great place to work if you aren’t interested in working in a buttoned-up cubicle farm with micromanagers breathing down your neck about file counts and useless time-wasting meetings. This is a laid-back office atmosphere with a less structured approach where we all have one common goal which is our customers’ satisfaction. The company offers great health benefits, generous PTO, casual dress code, and a work-life balance with possible overtime if required.

Not so much a con on the company, but because this office is more laid back, some employees take advantage of it and become lazy.
