No job security even with perfectly executed work - Logistics Specialist D.F. Young Employee Review

I excelled in my role, shipping high-value cargo to foreign countries without mistakes, but my position was cut by a manager who appeared disconnected from the team and its accomplishments. I wouldn’t trust them at all they are dishonest upper management like all the other reviews say. There is some horrible spirits in the place yet when they hire good people they go and fire them after about 1 year. From what I hear this place has a legacy of it over the last decade and seems they can’t get good people on the place. Ultimately you are left with terrible low level staff and it’s a horrible environment in there. Whilst at the same time , alternate low level staff that demonstrate much complacencies jobs seem guaranteed. These are the 8 year stragglers that just pop up on glass door suddenly with 5 star reviews. Why did it take them 8 years to suddenly write a 5 star review. All I heard them do was complain daily in the office about upper management and pick on other staff which was unright. Just avoid the place. They throw stones at hard working people yet lack the confidence to bring up their complaints to upper management . Therefore 80% of their time is spent with nothing better then stir up trouble indirectly. Too much complaining. There was an exterminator that came to the office to eliminate bugs but I still saw a bug in the back right corner by the lunchroom and one in the middle of the floor . I guess the spray was not strong enough.
