      - Friendly and smart colleagues - Company invests in employees - Flat hierarchies and easy to work with management - good salary - nice benefits (pass for public transport, great work phones and laptops, regular team events)

      Cons

      - Not necessarily a con, but you need to like it: D ONE has a lot of customers in finance - Working hours are really ok, but you need to be ready to do some trainings/certificate preparation in the evening.
