Pros

As the founder & president’s older brother, I am the ONLY family member to ever work at D3. I did leave a few years ago to pursue a unique opportunity. When the opportunity was over, I was able to return to D3. I am not the only employee that has left and returned. That’s the great thing about D3, everyone is like family. And if circumstances happen in your life that you need to leave, as long as you are adult, mature, and leave on good terms, you are welcome back with open arms. The base pay is well above average and the opportunity to earn considerably more is presented to you based on desire, motivation and performance. Upper management has a clear and concise direction for D3’s business model, and are 100% unbiased on one’s performance getting there. Great culture. No politics and no drama. There is always room for moving up for driven/proven employees! D3 has great benefits including Medical & Dental Insurance and 401K plus they match what I’m putting in. Great organization, unsurpassed level of technical prowess, their customers love them, and all of this shows as they have recently been name Autodesk Partner of the Quarter among over 400 other Autodesk partners.

Cons

Engineering technology industry changes fast. It’s a fast-paced environment. Always changing, growing, evolving. If you like and you’re used to slow, big corporate cultures, this isn’t the place for you.
