Great people and Flexible hours - Personal Attendant DABS Employee Review

I just recently started working for DABS and I must say, I love working for a company that is in the business of helping others. All the employee's have been extremely friendly and always willing to to help or assist in any way they can.

Having a 401K plan with the company would be helpful.

They will give you a job. You won't run out of patients and your schedule will always be full.

DABS management will make you think you have an earning potential here but you'll have to start with the starting hourly rate like everyone did. Whether you have previous work experience, have been working for years in the same job, you'll need to start with the starting rate! I thought it was fine since management said I only needed to get past the probationary period then there will be an assessment then I'll get a rate for sure. But that never happened! They made excuses and will make excuses again just so you don't get that raise they promised!!
