Cons
The quality of Team Leads and Management Committee is poor, driven by an inherent culture of burn-out and below average leadership qualities. Managers are generally not interested in staff development and lack accountability. Most team members, irrespective of rank, work substantially longer than what they have contractually agreed to and the reward is low.
