Very bad tech management - Associate DBS Bank Employee Review

Tech management very bad, no direction, processes makes it hard to produce deliverables. Spend more time writing email then writing code. Very Unreasonable timeline. All the talk about producing quality code, but not possible at all with such timelines. Management also don't manage expectation, just leave project members to die
