Poor environment, unfriendly bosses - Executive Assistant DCA Architects Employee Review

1. Cctv installed to monitor employees every move. Md and hr always watching the cctv. 2. Strictly 1 hr lunch and no coffee breaks, receptionist will question once u enter office. 3. Impatient director who is always shouting and scolding junior staff in office 4. No guidance, sink or swim environment 5. Uses shared cloud licenses for cad, grasshopper etc and is extremely laggy 6. Promotion based on loyalty to company e.g. how long one has stayed 7. No open discussions, cold environment where everyone keeps to themselves 8. Show face culture 9. No flexi working hours, no wfh, employees are required to be in office 5 days a week
