      A truly flat structure with no managers. (Helps you become more focused and accountable) Great colleagues across the world. Especially the ones in Berlin. Unlimited holidays A structured on boarding process in Berlin

      Cons

      While the flat Beta structure is good, would be good to have some checkpoints. Especially when senior and valuable resources are considered

      Hubs are still fairly new and not all values and thinking from HQ in Berlin have made their way to the international offices
