+ Remote-friendly and dog-friendly. + They even have beers in the fridge. And computers (not in the fridge).
Cons
- In the last couple years a lot of smart people were fired because of the insufficient financial planning and a complete lack of any business strategy. Business strategy is done by randomly saying a number out loud. If your goal is to grow professionally in an area other than sales, you might want to look elsewhere. - There are friendly colleagues. Or there were. But because of the ongoing problems, the work atmosphere started to have more of a vibe of "Kill or get killed". Pure Hunger Games. - Non-existent People & Culture. - Low salaries (even for Berlin). - Pretty often layoffs.
