One of the worst workplaces I have experienced, with the worst senior management.
During my time at this company, I never had any 1-1 meetings with my line manager, despite repeatedly chasing them to try to improve things, processes, and therefore the final outcome.
During my time there, I brought in the most clients to the business, yet I was the one who was blamed for not performing well and therefore “failed” probation, without any clear written and/or verbal reasons.
In addition, I was accused of stealing client information and contacting them to work with them while I was unemployed.
On top of that, my line manager informed my previous clients that I had left the business because I found another job. When I challenged them to correct this misinformation, they refused to do so and claimed that saying this about my dismissal was helpful for my career.
