Chill working environment, everyone is friendly to each other. Rarely seen anyone OT, except for some of the backend engineers. Comes with good healthcare coverage.

No suitable senior member in the front-end programming team to properly train newcomers, not recommended for entry level programmer. No proper structure or pipeline setup between different department, causing messy development process. This creates lots of bottlenecks and disrupt any timeline that was planned. Overly optimistic decisions made during game production is common. One of the higher ups is very stubborn, sometimes borderline delusional. Everyone would disagree on some points they made but will be promptly shut down. Severely below the market rate pay. No regular bonus, only received 13th month bonus. Artists and backend engineers are overworked.
