Poor management. Their HR staff is never helpful and are glory hoggers even though you did all the heavy lifting. Racism is also very rampant. HRs are very incompetent. They have timedoctor and will still make you feel like they don't think you're doing your job so they will be up your a 24/7. They will contact you even during outside your shift.
