Great colleagues and projects, but poor department management - Engineer DHI Employee Review

The biggest disappointment is the department management, specifically in the Environment and Marine & Coastal departments. One HoD has limited technical knowledge and is more preoccupied with office politics than actual work. The other is pretending his subordinates to do a good job.
