The bar is low to get in. Improving salary. New leadership is trying to be fair. The company is expanding rather quickly.
Cons
Calling synergies end up in tons of unrelated unnecessary administration. You are on your own getting info about your job. No training, no guideline, no learning material. Team leading is shallow with almost no feedback. Internal procedures are problematic. Rather poisonous work environment.
