      Great employee benefits, PTO, and sabbatical

      Cons

      Just not what it used to be. Executive board and highest management has made terrible decisions over the last ten years causing a lot of doubt and mistrust with employees. Salary and bonus are not competitive

      Work from home and flexible.

      Outsourcing jobs. They need to keep jobs here in America it really isn't fair and they need to think of their employees.
