      Pros

      Work/Life balance. Able to WFH (Work From Home) Great Ambience on the work floor. Helpful and knowledgeable colleagues. Great company events.

      Cons

      Onboarding / training can be better. No framework. Is left to one the teammembers, which can turn out to be a wonderful (onboarding) experience or a negative experience. Salary on the low end. Promotions / pay increase is limited. Career opportunities are promoted but in reality limited. Outdated software systems. Although there is an effort being done to switch to newer software.

      Outsourcing jobs. They need to keep jobs here in America it really isn't fair and they need to think of their employees.
