Great People - Account Executive DMA Portland Employee Review

I have worked for DMA for around two years now. This is one of the few places I've found where hard work pays off. Yes, It's commission - which is great if you're actually a person that works hard and doesn't just put it on paper. I also love the training I've received over the years. If you like getting comfortable, find a different job; the training will push your comfort zones constantly. I feel like I have grown so much as a person and in performance over these last two years. Wouldn't change it.

You have to work hard to move forward (crazy?) You have to practice to get good at the skills (weird? ) You have to build relationships and spend time outside the office to gain trust and assets for networking. (Nuts?)

Not really any at all. I meet some great people that are no longer with the company. There are also some beautiful "business babies" now from inter office/company relationships.

Too many to list. No benefits, no vacation, managed poorly, bro-atmosphere, to advance you have to be "the chosen one" or recklessly party, no moral compass for company, and you work 60-70 hrs a week or you are penalized (not sure how that's legal) I would never recommend this business to anybody.
