Let’s be clear, this job does have a positive outcome. The environment and atmosphere is great and coworkers can definitely make a difference in your life. It does feel like a comfortable setting to converse and get to know others in.

Cons
Also, let’s be clear that this job does have some cons as well. The cons do not by any stretch outweigh the pros though.
-The biggest thing for most people is THE HOURS. For everyday except Saturdays and Sundays you will be working 12+ hours. That can be crucial for most people, especially those with families. You will miss a lot of time with others.
-The weather conditions are a con, but not too much if you’re prepared. You are expected to work in every weather condition with the exception of harmful weather. No you will not work in a tornado. For those who come prepared for the weather, they will have less to speak on.
-You’re on your feet for sometimes 8+ hrs a day so your feet will hurt daily. That does take some getting used to.
