Commission is paid based on clients home office locations. Which is great for a few but not for the majority of sales managers. Most earn $400-900 per month, while two to there sales managers earn $2,500-4,000 per month because of their location.
Favoritism among several of the sales team and management.
Installing tracking software on employees phones without informing or explanation.
Lack of career advancement.. Even with 300% revenue growth over 6 years and positive reviews from my manager I came to feel unappreciated and promotion was unlikely.
