There is no room for growth, the salaries are way below industry standard and the increases, specifically in Ireland are way under CPI and have been for years. The company boasts of it's increased profit over the last year but does not give any of that to the staff who ensure that the profits are earned. There are no benefits and we are effectively earning less each year as we are merited a nominal increase which does not cover the standard rising costs.
They state they are employee-centric and wellbeing is the centre of their people's practices but leave their employees struggling to pay bills due to increases of €30-90 per month, it definitely seems they are lying about that...
