      Coworkers were fun to work with

      The data base is ancient, the people you call are insufferable, cold calling people that get 100s of calls a week, dealing with the worst type of clients ever, people that live in FL were expected to be in office with no flexibility while there is an entire entry level remote team getting paid the same.

      Relaxed work environment, manageable work load

      Cons

      Little to no stratification between Sales & Pricing. Sales people will pester you over and over to get a pricing approval for a financially ruinous deal, so they can get their commission check.
