      Nothing about DRT Strategies can be considered a pro.

      Cons

      The leadership here at DRT Strategies prides itself on being transparent, but the work environment here is clearly toxic and awful. The work atmosphere always felt uneasy because the leaders often yell at and verbally abuse employees. They're never supportive, nor do they provide sufficient guidance to employees. Stay away!

      Pros

      - Supporting government clients with strategy, process improvement, and project delivery - Good training, plus experienced colleagues are happy to answer questions and give advice - Opportunity to develop a broad and strong skill set - Competitive pay and excellent benefits (including generous PTO and retirement plan)

      Cons

      Not easy to deliver on time (even impossible on occasion) when a client keeps changing project parameters.

      Pros

      Gaining confidence in dealing with clients and becoming better at staying organized and multitasking. Different government and healthcare-related projects with various challenges to learn from. Clear communication from managers. Experienced and reliable coworkers, will never leave to deal with a difficult situation alone.

      Cons

      Management not always quick enough in providing feedback, which can cause unnecessary delays
