Pros
Working as an AWS Cloud Engineer gave me strong exposure to multiple AWS services and real-time cloud architectures. The team was supportive, seniors were approachable, and there were plenty of opportunities to learn and upskill through projects and internal resources. The overall environment was stable, and I was able to maintain a decent work-life balance while still growing technically.
Cons
Project timelines were sometimes tight, which could create pressure during peak delivery periods. Communication between different teams could be slow, and some internal processes took longer than expected due to multiple approval layers. Automation could be improved further, and some teams lacked innovation because of older project structures.
