They are moving fast and trying to assimilate everything , in technology and services that probably is a very good thing they took two very successful entities with strong backgrounds and traditions and are using that to create a new business unit.

They are are moving fast and trying to assimilate everything, you employees not your technology should be the main focus they have seen it all before and in some cases are the ones who created it in the first place.
