Pros
"Flexibility", though this seems to be different based on each team. My current team basically works from home constantly after the company spin-merge.
Cons
Very poor vacation policy (15 days for most US FTE with less than 5 years of experience). Senior management has literally said we will not receive raises or bonuses "for the foreseeable future". Many decades of technology debt. Software that barely functions - even Lync and Exchange are non-functional at times. Antiquated software, systems, processes, and people - you will not be working on anything relevant.
