Pros

Most managers want what is best for everyone to succeed. Colleagues are the best group of people you will ever work with in any company. Middle management has been stripped bare but upward mobility is probably limited given the limited levels of management now. It's probably for the best. I am able to work remote but who knows how long that will last.

Cons

No investment in employee engagement, no salary increases, lots of layoffs, layoff policies are industries worst and impacting operations every round of layoffs. Upper management gives no recognition to the ones down below, and those who are recognized are probably cogs who have worked themselves to the bone to get a pat on the back. Salary is not competitive to the public sector, so mos tpeople have left for the public sector now that DXC formed. Everyone is one step away from just walking out the door.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
