Pros

1. Salary(If you negotiate based on years of experience and not skill) 2. Exposure to new technologies(if you are very lucky to get a good project and team) 3. Unlimited paid time off and flexible work from home(depends on the team again)

Cons

1. Dismal benefits. Probably one of the worst healthcare plans amongst the big companies. 2. Lack of good projects(most of the employees at my center spent half of the year doing nothing which is not their fault) 3. Inept management(inability to get projects and zero vision to realize which employees actually generate revenue to the company. Stay close to managers and do their excel work to get promoted. Coding and executing projects will get you nowhere) 4. Nepotism(wear a suit, get close to managers, attend useless guilds to get closer to promotion) 5. Non-existent pay rise. Just forget such a thing exists. 6. Appalling severence package.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
