Pros

Off-hand management, remote, that's it.

Cons

Poor communication. Poor training. CSM tool crashes daily (yes, daily). Once CSM tool is restored, performance is horrible. 2+ minutes to load one page, absolutely insufferable to work like that. DXC managers will try to get you to take on their duties for no extra pay. Started as Tier 1, worked diligently for 6 months contract-to-hire. After 6 additional months full time, I inquired about advancing within the company. I was told I would have to take on the responsibilities of the role that I was applying for to prove that I could do it before any compensation was provided. I naively and regrettably agreed. For 3 months I took on the responsibilities of the role that I had applied for. After 3 months I inquired about being advanced. I was told that there is not a slot available in the role. I asked to be immediately relieved of any responsibilities of that role. My request was granted and I have now been at the same Level 1 position for the last 3 and a half years. Do not work here, I cannot stress it enough.

Pros

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Cons

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
