Pros

In all my years in sales and other jobs I have never worked for a company that sets a clear plan for advancement. DaBella has been a transparent company from the very beginning. I knew about the long drives I would have to take from time to time and the long hours every now and then. I am a hard worker and understand that you get out what you put in, sowing and reaping so to speak. I drove the drives and worked the hours and was rewarded with great commissions and a promotion to Sales Manager. My plan was never long term but when I saw this company's way of treating their staff I am all in. Never in all my years, have I seen a company invest in and develop individuals for leadership in their career and personal lives as I have here. I am now a trainer with the company and am part of that development for people of all backgrounds, ages, sexes and colors. It is great seeing lives change. Those who complain either didn't give it a chance, gave up or didn't go to the trainings given to aid those towards success. "Whether you think you can or can't, you're right." Nobody is here to hold your hand or force you to train...it's all up to you. I have many kids and it pains me to hear others use kids as an excuse to give up. My kids see me daily, even if for a few minutes, but on days off and vacations we are able to make some of the greatest memories we couldn't afford before. Sitting at home watching TV is not "Quality Time" showing my kids what sacrifice and reward is and what hard work can accomplish while including them in my plans.... That's Quality.

Cons

Long Drives (expect it) Some people don't buy (many do) Sometimes you make too much money... (sarcasm)
