Pros
This place has amazing potential and I know in a few years time it will get there. Would love to come back when it does. The promises of money are not false, but you may think it's not as much work as it actually is to get there.
Cons
Any management above GM level does not look out for any reps at all. They only care for numbers and will punish you for situations out of your control. Rather than listen to the problems (leads/marketing/finance/etc.), they'd rather hold your job over your head. As any field sales job, expect to be working 5-6 days out of the week, anywhere from 1-14 hours and anything in between.
