I’ve been in the healthcare industry for a long time, and I’ve never experienced a culture quite like Davita’s. We call ourselves a “village“ and it truly feels that way there’s a deep seated culture of community, connection, and a shared commitment to doing the right thing. From my perspective in talent acquisition, I get to see how much intentional effort goes into making DaVita a great place to work. Leadership is always driving to build a place of belonging for everyone. I feel lucky to be a part of a team that works hard together while also making sure to have fun.
Cons
Like any organization, there’s always room for improvement, and what I appreciate about DaVita is that they embrace this. Throughout my five years of employment I’ve seen so many positive process improvements implemented. The leadership team is consistently open to recommendations and actively ask for ways to make things better, which makes you feel like a valued part of the company‘s growth.
