If you are new to dialysis, it may take a while to reach a decent wage. You are required to work 12 hour shifts, mostly on your feet, and managers will always look to add to your workload.

Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
