Pros
Alot of good people working there. Of course, the adverse conditions of the workplace is probably what helps the employees to bond.
Cons
Very low pay compared to other companies with similar job positions. All management decisions are driven by the CEO, regardless of advice given to him, often resulting in foreseeable problems. Being forced to sing the company anthem for every group of visitors that comes to the office. Raises not given every year, even when the company is experiencing record profits. The CEO cries on cue every year at the annual meeting(it's very obvious that he thinks everyone is stupid and is buying his act). Excecutives that are abusive or even involved in some pretty serious sexual harassment are kept onboard. Executives that question the CEO's ideas are summarily dismissed. The company literally uses mild cult techniques to maintain control over the employees(seriously!). Tons of money is spent on luncheons, travel and retreats while money is needed for tools and raises.
