Company is only well known in Korea Highly strict culture (no flexibility, no freedom) Need to high familiar with Korea workplace culture Workplace politics happens everyday Too many back talking and gossiping No benefits at all (they sometimes give you product but it is already expired products and provide staff discount for company shopping mall but it is only valid in Korea) Work from home never allowed
