      - The people are great! Top to bottom (CEO down to IC) everyone fosters collaboration, input and teamwork - Product is the north star: always being improved and built upon to deliver what our customers need - Leadership is transparent: the "why" is put above the "who" when it comes to company decisions. No fluff, no toxicity, just truth - Everything from day to day operations to company wide operations is done with thoughtfulness and efficiency

      Cons

      - Startups aren't for everyone. Sweat equity and elbow grease are definitely required to be successful

      Pros

      - Smart, thoughtful, kind colleagues, high bar when it comes to hiring - Remote-friendly, high-trust working environment - High expectations of each employee, which leads to high ownership and autonomy, lots of room to shape how things work

      Cons

      It's definitely still a startup, so priorities can shift and expectations are high (always asking "can we deliver earlier?"), which can be frustrating and feel intense
