- The people are great! Top to bottom (CEO down to IC) everyone fosters collaboration, input and teamwork - Product is the north star: always being improved and built upon to deliver what our customers need - Leadership is transparent: the "why" is put above the "who" when it comes to company decisions. No fluff, no toxicity, just truth - Everything from day to day operations to company wide operations is done with thoughtfulness and efficiency
Cons
- Startups aren't for everyone. Sweat equity and elbow grease are definitely required to be successful

Pros
Strong feeling of trust and collaboration, both intra- and inter- department. The work is challenging and I feel supported.
Cons
The product surface area expands rapidly making it a challenge to find my footing.
