Pros

Can't think of any Pros....still thinking. Ugh, I have to keep tying to for the 20 word minimum. None.

Cons

Rules only apply to some people. The others who have worked with the CEO and VP don't have to worry, for they know they can get away with anything! The turnover is extremely high. While my time there a little over a year, in our department alone, 4 people either resigned or were let go. This is just in the department I worked in. The other departments were just as bad.Once again, favoritism. They make you work hard and don't appreciate it. Well I guess if you count the last Friday of the month, when they provide lunch but only for you to work through your lunch. Please read the reviews and run!!!!! Unless you want to work for an unorganized company, with favoritism for the people with brown noses. If they got rid of these people instead of the ethical ones, they may be a better company.

Dahill Response

You were with Dahill for over a year and Zero Pros? Really? The car, the president's club trips, the guaranteed commissions, free phone, special events... none of those were pros? Tough crowd. OK, seriously though, I'm a bit suspicious of your review. We don't provide lunch for our sales staff at the end of each month. We do this for our Admin folks during month close. We've had ZERO turn over in San Antonio for ALL sales positions since mid-2015. Are you sure you worked as an "Account Representative" or Major Account Representative as you stated above? The last person to leave our San Antonio sales team transferred to a Facility Management position.

Pros

Company car program, work from home sometimes.

Cons

Industry is dying. Solutions are not strong. Lots of emphasis on selling printers that nobody wants anymore.
