Cons:-
1) Salary is a big worry. you wont get it on time and if you leave the company then forget about Full and Final Settlement before 1 year and that too if you are lucky.
2) its so badly managed organization that one day you will work on 1 project and the next day you have to work on another. they are always short of resources and resources have to handle 2-3 projects together.
3) the HR is one of its kind. when you are about to join this company they will promise something like the whole world will come to your feet once you join this organization. find more after joining :)
4) you might be a Project Manager but will still end up doing a Developer's job.
overall if you are short of options then this is a decent Organization to join. you will feel cheated if you believe in HR promises later on so better join the organization and dont take the HR promises seriously.
