We had 4 day work weeks whereas production was working 5 days a week.
Cons
Everything, pay for the area was terrible, the amount of work expected for said pay was overwhelming, the bonuses were large but had impossible to hit metrics, management is the worst I have seen in my life and constantly makes poor decisions about production without ever coming over to the production facility next door to the offices to see how to genuinely improve the process. The management is by far the largest con. Way too many incompetent office staff that results in production employees getting upset at them and then them getting upset with production for voicing their concerns.
