      Pros

      Has family company values with good work/life balance. Occasional long hours-which is ok since balanced by fair regular hours.

      Cons

      Some entrenched favouritism managed by a clique of long-timers who do little actual work and feign overwork and publicize they're many ( usu stolen) achievments.

      If you like to be over worked for below average pay, with a toxic emotional environment, then this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Bad management, unorganized HR dept, below average pay, toxic office environment, high turn over, management lacks morals, no diversity in management, etc.
