      Pros

      Some friendly artists while i was there. The shared office space is well equipped and has various free drinks available.

      Cons

      Poorly planned projects, unpaid overtime, mid/low level rates and they dont pay on time, often several months after! Various excuses as to why they cannot pay their freelancers. Management dont have a clue how to use the software yet quick to decide what software is best to buy/use.

      - worked with some very talented people - some fun projects

      Cons

      - consistently late to pay - poor communication from management - management is very dishonest with freelancers on pay, refusing to live up to contracts and payment schedules they created
