Pros
Some friendly artists while i was there. The shared office space is well equipped and has various free drinks available.
Cons
Poorly planned projects, unpaid overtime, mid/low level rates and they dont pay on time, often several months after! Various excuses as to why they cannot pay their freelancers. Management dont have a clue how to use the software yet quick to decide what software is best to buy/use.

Friendly colleges and staff who try to do their best.
Cons
Very disorganised and confuse production strategies, long working days extended to nights because the lack of organisation of the projects. The company is not honest with deadlines and freelancers payments and totally neglects a balanced and healthy work/ life.
