I am disappointed we did not meet all your expectations over the last 2 years driving with us. We do understand, here at Dart Express, that we have two (2) customers, the ones we haul freight for and the ones that hauls our customers’ freight for us. Thank you for all you continue to do well, over the last 2 years.
Hard working driver’s like yourself are truly our Top Professionals, so I appreciate you taking the time bring this to my attention. I apologize for your experience with us, and that is not how we intend to partner with our professional driving force here at Dart Express.
We do strive to do better and here are a few ways. Upgraded our pay system January 2025, to improve driver pay accuracy. Recruiting Commitment/Offer letters to eliminate driver concerns when changing jobs. Every new driver hired, gets their offer in writing for detailed accuracy. Lastly our goal is always to get our driving force HOME SAFELY at the end of every day!
