We’ve had a really intense and rewarding 2017, which has resonated differently with all of our Thomsons People, whether they’ve been here for a just a few days or 17 years since we were founded. We are incredibly ambitious - continuing our leadership position in global benefits technology – and we experienced the most phenomenal growth in the past year, on-boarded so many new joiners across our teams, delivered Darwin in more than 90 countries to our clients and brought on even more great global brands as clients
We rely entirely on our People, who bring their brilliant blend of characteristics to Thomsons each day, to achieve our success. Naturally, a company growing at such a rate offers our People incredible career growth and experience, whether you are already working at Thomsons or considering joining us. And our ‘pink’, is, and always will be, our special essence that we bring to everything we do at Thomsons, now on a larger and larger scale.
It is an absolute privilege to work with a leadership team that is so committed to and passionate about our product, our clients and, most importantly our People.
