Pros
- WFH is good and flexible working location - Learning budget is decent - Some of my colleagues are genuinely nice -
Cons
- empathy doesn’t exist here and I genuinely believe the leadership strategy is encourage burnout as much as possible and just hire new people when someone does burnout - only 20 days annual leave - they treat people like trading cards when it comes to hiring and firing with no care - the worst work culture I have ever experienced by a big margin - promises that aren’t met - zero room for growth - the company is rotten to the core - work hours don’t exist and expectation is that you give your life to the company and want you act like an owner whilst they treat you like an expendable asset - the New York office is nice but the London and Belgium ones aren’t anything special - huge wage disparities within the company - leadership are completely out of touch with reality and with the standard employee - HR doesn’t exist
