nitially, when I first joined here, believe me I was never an outspoken person. Many times when I did not understand something, I would keep it to myself and if some mistakes happen, I just will panic. At DataCaptive I learned that seeking answers to questions from your head would only increase you knowledge and there is no harm in asking. You will only get recognition if you speak out your innovative ideas and present them. Mistakes happen, It’s no big deal. What matters is what you learned from it and how you're going to manage it in the future.
Cons
Every company has good and bad deeds. If they balance it correctly, then we employees won’t have any grievances towards them and DC is doing a preety good job in maintaining satisfaction among there employees. Advice to management : I think they should conduct training sessions for personality growth as well, along with the technical training that they usually offer
