Pros

Best in class product that solves real problems. Strong engineering and product team, always innovating and adding more for customers. Great benefits = stock options, healthcare package, fitness expense, phone expense, access to Udemy. Thorough sales training. Great product training, so don't worry if you don't have a technical background. Lots of internal promotions for those who stick it out and "trust the process". Collaboration with sales engineers. Massive growth.

Cons

High turnover in sales Unrealistic sales structure in EMEA, targets are the same in every region. 1/40 commercial reps in EMEA hit their annual sales quota. The culture of underperforming is accepted. Comp plan isn't achievable. Leadership in the US are not open to change. No real autonomy for your given role. Heavy outbound focus with little or no sales tools. It's a very manual process, most of your time is spent cold calling offices that are closed or sending manual emails to try and book meetings. Extremely monotonous. More focus on outbound pipeline generation vs. actually selling or closing deals.

Pros

great culture, good benefits and perks, fantastic training and support, realistic and achievable quota, really fun people to work with, clear path to promotion

Cons

CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
